Q. Can I use these sheds for a tiny house?
A. Mountain Charlie’s Sheds are not designed for human occupation.
Q. Is delivery free?
A. We provide FREE DELIVERY that is quick and efficient, within 30 miles of our store. Deliveries over 30 miles from our store are subject to an additional charge. Building at the sales lot can usually be delivered within 5-7 days, weather permitting. Ordered treated buildings can usually be delivered within 10-15 days, weather permitting. Ordered painted and metal building can usually be delivered within 15-20 days, weather permitting.
NOTE: Peak season and poor weather conditions can add extra days on to the normal delivery time. Lead times vary; above delivery times do not apply to build on site buildings.
Q. Is setup free?
A. SETUP is FREE! No special site preparation is necessary if site is accessible with truck and trailer and site is no more than 3 feet out of level. Free setup includes leveling with customer supplied concrete blocks and driver supplied pressure treated shims. Drivers can supply concrete blocks for $2 each.
Q. Do I need credit or will there be a credit check?
A. No credit check. Pay just a small security deposit plus your first month’s rent and we’ll set up a building at your location.
Q. Can I pay off my shed early?
A. Payoff anytime without penalty. There is also a discount off the rental balance for those who pay off early. Further details apply.
